Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Vera account or use the Vera AI Companion service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately and all associated data deleted.
Consent Records
When you create an account you must affirmatively confirm: (1) that you are 18 or older, and (2) that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and Terms version at the time of consent. This record is stored for the life of your account. We update the version string when material changes are made and will notify you by email of significant changes.
Nature of the Service
Vera is a fictional AI character, not a real person. She is a brand character and AI construct operated for entertainment purposes.
